How Can I Pay For My Order?
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal - it’s safe, easy and quick. Otherwise we do accept credit cards. If you would like
to pay by cheque, please ring before-hand N.B. We do not post until cheque has cleared. A £1 charge will be added to the
amount.
When Can I Expect My Order?
All items are sent second class, this can take 1-5 working days We can post first class if requested. Heavier items are posted
through standard parcels.
How Much Is P+P?
Postage and Packing is done by spending amount:
£0.01 - £12.00 = £2.50
£12.01 - £24.99 = £4.00
£25.00 - £100 = £6.00
What Is You Return Policy?
All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving. We will not refund items because they are unwanted, only faulty goods
will be refunded if proven they were received in that condition. Payment (excluding p+p) will be refunded once item has been
received back. Returnees must pay for p+p to send item back.

Do You Post Internationally?
Yes, we can post internationally. But some items can not be posted due to shipping cost. For list CLICK HERE.
How Environmentally Friendly Is CircusKit.co.uk?
We try to recycle all packaging, boxes and circus equipment. You may find your item comes in packaging that has already been
used. We can take old/broken equipment (if they appear on our site), we can then use parts as spare, plates can be melted
down to make new ones.
